Hit all your goals and ready to graduate from Sunnyside? We're happy for you, but sad to see you go! Instructions to cancel can be found below. Before you go, we'd like you to consider the following.

The progress you've made with Sunnyside doesn't stop here. Like tracking calories or steps, tracking drinks is an incredibly useful tool in a long-term holistic wellness routine. Tracking your alcohol intake can lead to:

  1. Long-term awareness: It can be easy to fall back into old habits without an anchor or handy source of support. Once you reach your goal, it's time to maintain it.
  2. Continued motivation: It can be really motivating to see all those calories avoided, dollars saved and quality sleep nights continue to rack up. We want to continue supporting your and celebrating your wins!
  3. Boosted confidence and comfort: With Sunnyside at your fingertips, you don't need to worry about regret or having embarrassing moments that feel out of your control due to alcohol. We can help you to stay on your game, stay in control and get more out of your experiences with family and friends.
